We are currently recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator to support ongoing development and integrating customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also facilitate and help to design Salesforce applications for our Business transformation project from Siebel to salesforce.

The role will be the day to day contact and “first line” support for all Salesforce CRM queries within the Team, resolving issues and maintaining an exceptional level of service within technology Department.

About the role

The Salesforce Administrator is part of the Technology Team which works to deliver excellent standards of customer service, responding quickly and effectively with true personal ownership and responsibility.

We are recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator to support ongoing development and integrating customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also facilitate and help to design Salesforce applications for our Business transformation project from Siebel to salesforce.

Key Accountabilities

Design & Development

  • Act as main technical contact for internal customers in the delivery of the Salesforce CRM solution and ensure their requirements are being met by the Salesforce product.
  • Be involved in Salesforce design and development, working cross-functionally with other LTA teams including Competitions, Communications, Coaching, Customer Services and Membership.
  • Day to day administration and support including roles, profiles, permission management and training.
  • Helping in current on-going support
  • Maintain and develop reports, dashboards, validation rules, custom workflows and processes
  • Creating and modifying reports and dashboards
  • Data Migrations
  • Integration from legacy system to salesforce
  • Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
  • Assist with the implementation of business process into Salesforce to improve efficiencies
  • Manage all Salesforce users and associated data, security and user profiles- Data Audit
  • Agile accelerator user stories must be updated and status accurate according to relevant guidelines

Person Specification

Previous Experience:

In-depth knowledge of overall Salesforce ecosystem and solution components including Sales cloud, Service cloud, & AppExchange apps.

Essential

Experience in conceptualizing complex solutions using Salesforce platform and providing solutions

Essential

Familiar with Apex, Visualforce page, Lightning components, Integration based work packages.

Commercial experience in supporting a team using Salesforce

Essential

Hands on configuration and customisation- process builder, custom objects, dashboards, validation rules

Excellent written and oral communication

Essential

Experience of working with Lightning experience and Lightning components.

Hands-on experience in business analysis, solution mapping/design, configuration implementation, validation and deployment as part of Salesforce engagement.

Desirable

Experienced in end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM capabilities including Sales and Service clouds.

Good to have integration and data migration experience

Troubleshooting implementation issues and developing test classes.

Exposure in deployment activities and CI/CD implementation.
