YOUR NEW JOB...

We are looking for a Partnerships Operations Lead to join our Rightsholder Management team, based in our brand-new office in Altrincham. In this newly created role, you will support the LED Partnerships Operations team with the delivery of LED Perimeter advertising, working closely with internal stakeholders and our 40+ strong club contract portfolio to ensure the successful placement of SPORTFIVE advertising inventory for our clients.

AS OUR ACCOUNT MANAGER YOU WILL…

  • Manage the stock of SPORTFIVE LED inventory ensuring this is accurately reflected within the system
  • Manage the operational delivery of inventory for SPORTFIVE sales clients ensuring brands are allocated to the correct games
  • Constantly evaluate the ongoing deliverables of SPORTFIVE sales clients in order to maximise availability of inventory
  • Work with the Director of Finance and sales teams to evaluate and support the delivery of prospective new deals
  • Liaise with sales teams around the delivery of their clients’ advertising
  • Provide reports on the delivery of advertising to the Finance team to support revenue recognition processes
  • End-to-end communication and co-ordination with Clubs, ensuring that LED operations are delivered successfully, supporting SPORTFIVE’s best in class proposition.
  • Oversee the receipt, creation and accuracy of creative files for assigned Clubs/clients, allocating to the required element of the LED service once complete
  • Oversee the sharing of match LED inventory information as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, via operators and/or Clubs.
  • Develop key rights holder and client stakeholder relationships including onboarding and information sharing.
  • Hold weekly status and activity calls, attend meetings and provide regular client reporting support as necessary.
  • Support in the management fluctuating workloads within the team.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Partnership Services and Operations to enhance and develop processes around the use of the InCrowd portal, and internal workflow processes

WHAT YOU’LL BRING…

  • Previous experience managing multiple key client accounts
  • Experience in Sales Operations, and Operations Admin
  • Highly organised and able to prioritize own workload proactively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player who is keen to support and coach junior members of the team
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A keen interest in sport and/or sport commercials and business management
  • Experience in the sports industry is advantageous but not an essential requirement of this role
