Part-time Billiard Sports Coach (Pool) 兼職桌球教練 (美式)

THE JOB

Reporting to the Head Billiard Sports Coach/ Coaches, the Part-time Billiard Sports Coach (Pool) will be responsible for the following duties:

• To implement training programmes for elite athletes in Hong Kong;
• To fully utilize and integrate scientific, medical and other athlete support services into the elite training programme to enhance elite training outcomes;
• To monitor athlete performance through comprehensive, multi-method assessment and regular evaluation; and
• To perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• A University degree or its equivalent;
• A valid coaching certificate issued by the relevant governing body;
• A minimum of 2 years’ professional coaching experience;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• High level of computer literacy; and
• Awareness/ knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong are an added advantage.

主要職責

桌球教練 (美式)須向桌球總教練 / 教練匯報工作情況，其職責詳列如下：

• 負責協助籌劃、設計及執行香港游泳青少年運動員訓練計劃；
• 在進行青少年訓練計劃時，善用所有運動科學、醫療及其他為運動員而設的支援服務，以加強訓練成果；
• 透過全面性、多方位和定期評估，以監察運動員的表現；
• 履行由上司所指派的其他合適職務。

職位要求

• 大學學位或同等學歷；
• 持有由相關管理機構頒發的教練証書資歷；
• 具備最少兩年專業教練經驗；
• 具備良好溝通能力及人際關係；
• 熟悉電腦操作；及
• 認識香港保護兒童及平等機會政策為佳。
