Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Project Delivery Outcomes in a timely & successful manner
  • Lead & inspire high performing teams to maintain exceptional performance
  • Able to carry out succession planning and scale resources in a timely manner
  • Display excellent communication skills to all external stakeholders, maintaining goodwill in complex relationships while resolving problems quickly and definitively
  • Conduct appraisals of key team members & encourage superior performance through objective appraisals based on KPI’s
  • Provide detailed & accurate documentation to internal & external stakeholders
  • Propose solutions for team role realignment to aid project optimisation wherever necessary

Experience required:

  • Project Management experience including end to end delivery from inception to go live
  • Managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationships simultaneously, ideally with previous experience in dealing with Sports NGB’s and or multi-national entertainment organisations
  • Managerial or Supervisory experience in managing teams effectively
  • Financial/Budget forecasting
  • Process optimisation experience in Project Management
  • Large scale Event Management
