Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage Project Delivery Outcomes in a timely & successful manner
- Lead & inspire high performing teams to maintain exceptional performance
- Able to carry out succession planning and scale resources in a timely manner
- Display excellent communication skills to all external stakeholders, maintaining goodwill in complex relationships while resolving problems quickly and definitively
- Conduct appraisals of key team members & encourage superior performance through objective appraisals based on KPI’s
- Provide detailed & accurate documentation to internal & external stakeholders
- Propose solutions for team role realignment to aid project optimisation wherever necessary
Experience required:
- Project Management experience including end to end delivery from inception to go live
- Managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationships simultaneously, ideally with previous experience in dealing with Sports NGB’s and or multi-national entertainment organisations
- Managerial or Supervisory experience in managing teams effectively
- Financial/Budget forecasting
- Process optimisation experience in Project Management
- Large scale Event Management
