YOUR MISSION
- Plan and facilitate execution of traffic-driving initiatives for European PUMA Outlets
- Manage the marketing partnership with European outlet operators, maximizing the brand’s exposure through these partners
- Elevate the performance of customer-facing communication for PUMA Outlets with a special focus on stand-alone locations and top tier stores
- Identify marketing communication content needs and opportunities, create communication plans in alignment with the campaign calendar
- Track, analyze and communicate campaign results, assess and increase return on marketing investment and scalability
- Manage communication budget allocation and ensure adherence to budget plans
- Work closely with Marketing Production, CRM and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure consistency across all communications
YOUR TALENT
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, preferably in the outlet industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications (or related field)
- Proven track record in digital marketing / online-to-offline / performance marketing
- Commercial mindset and strong business acumen
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent language skills in English required, other European languages are a plus
- Experience in the sports / fashion industry is a plus
- This opportunity will be available in full time and part time
