International Gaming Manager

The International Gaming Manager will mainly focus on gaming event tasks. In addition, this position will work on special projects around the gaming athletes & teams’ portfolio as well. The main tasks are around creating and executing events on a global level. They have to be fun for participants and viewers and fit to our brand. Task include managing internal and external tools, sharing success, working with countries and external partners on every aspect around the events.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
In this exciting role you’ll manage Red Bull owned events as well as 3rd party events. Moreover, you’ll manage event concepts development and support on cross department development. In addition, you’ll handle Freelancer Management and analyse the Event Gaming Landscape.
You’ll work close with countries on the events you manage and make sure country entries on our internal database are done and accurate. Furthermore, you will report on executed events and work with National Event Managers on planning of international event properties.
You’ll be responsible for the internal database and a better integration of events, teams and athletes into the system as well as internal news posts. You’ll be in constant alignment with countries regarding event deadlines, updates, etc. and support as well as improve internal workflows and position our results regarding athletes and events well within the company. Furthermore, you’ll improve internal processes to follow athlete and team results across all disciplines, integrated into existing systems and tools. You’ll be on top of current portfolios and offer feedback to countries on project and activation ideas (in collaboration with International Gaming Athlete Manager)
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

- University degree in relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience in gaming / esports industry
- Deep knowledge of esports industry
- Experience in managing gaming projects
- Good understanding of numbers and analysis
- Team player and good communicator
- Well-organised, hands-on with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent in English
- Travel up to: 10%
