Key responsibilities:

- Supervising the new time management system (handling queries, performing and analysing reports and making recommendations)
- Contributing to payroll processing for 780 employees (monthly payment reconciliation and payroll data transfers)
- Ensuring efficient on and offboarding activities together with the HR Business Partners
- Reviewing administrative HR tasks (employment contracts, contract amendments, unpaid leave, births, certificates, departures and work certificates)
- Overseeing work permit requests for EU and non-EU staff to ensure compliance (reviewing and following up on requests, liaising with local authorities as necessary)
- Coordinating applications for child allowance (reviewing and following up on requests)
- Leading the annual review of the UEFA Staff Regulations (including HR policies and procedures), coordinating with the different stakeholders and suggesting improvements
- Participating in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives to improve the efficiency of the HR team

Profile:

Experience required:
- 5 to 7 years in an HR team with experience of HR administration and payroll activities

Education:
- Certificate/diploma in human resources or bachelor's degree in business administration
- Further training in social insurance/finance an advantage

Languages:
- English / Advanced
- French / Proficient

Additional requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of HR processes (including payroll and Swiss social insurances)
- Solid knowledge of Swiss law
- Advanced knowledge of Office365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and SAP an advantage
- Highly service-minded
- Able to accurately follow instructions and procedures
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Team spirit
