We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Business Development Lead to join our hospitality team at the Royal Liver Building. You will introduce and sell the Club`s inventory of hospitality and associated products and services, exclusively to new businesses (non-seasonal members) across the North West and beyond.

Hospitality Business Development Lead

We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Business Development Executive to join our hospitality team at the Royal Liver Building. You will introduce and sell the Club`s inventory of hospitality and associated products and services, exclusively to new businesses (non-seasonal members) across the North West and beyond.

This will also include seasonal memberships, match day hospitality, VIP Matchday Experiences, Executive boxes, player sponsorships and special club events.

Key Responsibilities

  • To sell hospitality and associated products and services including seasonal memberships, match day hospitality, VIP Matchday Experiences, Executive boxes, player sponsorships and special events
  • Positive brand development and promotion of Everton Football Club’s hospitality department and associated products, through pro-active sales, lead generation and the attending of business networking events.
  • Working in the field and in the office, you will be expected to be generating new leads; arranging and attending appointments to present, establish interest and close new business.
  • To be responsible for achieving the relevant individual call, meeting and new sales objectives and financial targets for match day hospitality and associated products and services. Having a positive and proactive attitude to all things ‘sales.
  • To work closely with the wider hospitality team to ensure that all departmental objectives and targets are exceeded.
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities for all areas of club activity
  • Build rapport and develop relationships with clients and be reliable in providing after sales support to maintain productive and loyal accounts.
  • Identify and meet the needs of colleagues and our customers, focusing on initiating and welcoming contact and communication whilst striving to deliver first class customer service.
  • Recognise potential complaint situations and make effective steps to avoid and/or resolve these situations.
