The Role

After a period of exceptional growth, Socios.com - the world’s leading fan engagement & rewards app - is looking for a passionate & experienced individual to lead partnership management for our stellar roster of platform partners, that includes world-renowned sporting properties. Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, this is a very hands-on role, which will see you lead the relationship management for some of our biggest partners, develop strong revenue relationships that support our commercial strategy whilst having the opportunity to build a highly-motivated & efficient department. As a global company with partners from all over the world, you should feel comfortable working and managing team members across multiple locations and time-zones, in a fast-paced, dynamic and exciting environment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Lead the onboarding of new partners to the platform - educate, inform, and work as the conduit between myriad internal departments and individual partners to ensure a smooth onboarding & launch process;

  • Work with key internal & external stakeholders to define & develop quarterly plans for each Partner, to include polls, key events, token-selling opportunities, activations;

  • Oversee the Partner content calendar to ensure a consistent & regular delivery of meaningful & innovative content (polls);

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing team to maximise the fulfilment of partner-specific marketing rights & activation opportunities, to develop new fan experiences, and oversee all approvals;

  • Work with key stakeholders to research, model, evaluate & plan for new partner opportunities;

  • Manage a team of 2 direct reports (Partner Account Managers) but also develop & scale the Partner Operations team in line with corporate growth, both in terms of new markets & new verticals;

  • Lead relationship development for all partners, including but not limited to exploring different sales channels;

  • Lead Partner reporting across all verticals


  • Strong commercial acumen & business judgement;

  • A team player with strong people management skills;

  • Ability to flex and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment;

  • Hands-on experience of overseeing/managing key accounts within sports;

  • Highly-organised, with a strong ability to juggle multiple projects;

  • A self-starter, with the ability to think outside-of-the-box - must be able to think creatively, contribute to creative business discussions, and influence the thinking and decision-making of others;

  • Wide interest & knowledge of sport in general, to include but not limited to football, combat sports, esports, racing, cricket, & rugby;

  • Knowledge of fin-tech, blockchain and crypto would be advantageous;

  • Must possess excellent communication & presentation skills, and be able to work with people at all levels;

  • The ability to speak another European language would be an advantage;
