Main goal:

Working as part of UEFA's (HB) Live Production & Operations team, the HB Live Production and Graphics Coordinator provides TV graphics support for UEFA competitions and assists with preparations for UEFA's club competitions, the UEFA EURO 2024 and the 2022-24 European Qualifiers.

Key responsibilities:

TV graphics coordination:
- Assisting with the creation of TV graphics for EURO 2024, club and national team competitions
- Helping with the drafting of graphic guidelines
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Building close relationships with the suppliers involved in development and implementation
- Providing suppliers with regular feedback and receiving feedback from them
- Collating and distributing venue feedback and quality control reports
- Monitoring matchday graphics tests and graphics implementation on matchdays
- Communicating regularly with UEFA's venue teams through the Commercial Operations Unit
- Coordinating with UEFA's Brand Unit
- Contributing to training sessions and workshops.


Profile:

Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years in a broadcast or production environment, preferably with experience in sports production
- from 4 to 6 years in a TV graphics environment

Languages:
- English / Proficient

Additional requirements:
- Adobe Creative Suite / Intermediate
- MS Excel / Intermediate
- MS PowerPoint / Intermediate
- MS Word / Intermediate
- Good understanding of motion graphics design and implementation
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organised, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent attention to details
- Knowledge of football would be an asset
