MISSION

The Customer Service Assistant is involved in first- and second-level customer service operations, assisting fanswho purchase tickets on the UEFA website. He/she ensures that fans are kept informed of the best ways to buy tickets and that UEFA staff are on hand to answer questions. The job includes troubleshooting online enquiries
received from fans, updating the knowledge base and contacting fans all over the world. The ideal candidate will have been working in customer service operations in a company with large-scale e-commerce activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing second-level support for football fans all over the world;
- Ensuring the knowledge base is up to date;
- Drafting and publishing high-quality FAQs;
- Ensuring high-quality, fast and accurate communication with clients;
- Anticipating customers’ enquiries;
- Taking on responsibility for other projects as required.

PROFILE OF SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years in B2C customer service operations
Education:
- Any relevant academic background
Languages:
- English / Proficient
- Any other language is an asset

Additional requirements:
- CRM / Advanced
- MS Excel / Proficient
- MS Outlook / Advanced
- MS Word / Advanced
