We are looking for a Creative & Partnership Operations Intern to join our Rightsholder Management team, based in our brand-new office in Altrincham

YOUR NEW JOB... 

We are looking for a Creative & Partnership Operations Intern to join our Rightsholder Management team, based in our brand-new office in Altrincham. You will join us for a 12-month internship where you will support the creative team in the delivery of Motion Graphics Artwork and static advertising, alongside supporting the Partnerships Operations Team with delivering the final playlists to our football and rugby club partners.  

AS OUR CREATIVE & PARTNERSHIP OPERATIONS INTERN YOU WILL… 

• Assist with the creation of motion graphics for use across the SPORTFIVE LED portfolio (the LED perimeter advertising minutes that our Sales teams sell to brands to be displayed during the matches of our club partners) 

• Assist with the creation of static ad boards, backdrops and other physical inventory for the Production Services team 

• Follow specific processes and workflows to allow for complete visibility and audit of workloads across the creative services team  

• Support the LED Partnerships Operations Team with the delivery of LED Perimeter advertising where required, through: 

• Communication and co-ordination with Partnership Operations Lead’s, ensuring that LED operations are delivered successfully, supporting SPORTFIVE’s best in class proposition.  

• Allocation of media files against playlists in our Bridge system  

• Creation of Playlists and Running Orders in the Bridge system, as per the requirements of the Partnerships Operations Lead and the client  

• Sharing of match LED inventory information as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, via operators and/or Clubs. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING… 

• A passion and interest in creative and graphic design 

• Studying towards a creative and/or graphics degree 

• Strong working knowledge of photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects  

• A great portfolio of work to share with us to showcase your skill set  

• Great communicator 

• Highly organised and able to prioritise workload and different commitments  

• An operational mindset, solutions focused, and able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks 

• Strong attention to detail  

• An interest in the sports industry is advantageous but not at all essential to be successful in this role
