We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead and grow our business internationally across the STH Group. This is a key strategic role within the business, working across the senior leadership team, helping to set strategy and deliver on commercial growth.

STH Group lead the world in the delivery, sales and management of hospitality and travel programmes for global sporting events. We view each sporting occasion as a unique experience and have the technical expertise and experience to help raise any sporting event to a different level for both the sports fans attending and the rights holders we partner with.

Our Global Executive Team oversees all global activities, bringing together our international teams to achieve the goals of STH with a mission to exceed our partners’ objectives -and help to deliver the best sporting events in the world.

We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead and grow our business internationally across the STH Group. This is a key strategic role within the business, working across the senior leadership team, helping to set strategy and deliver on commercial growth. As we continue to expand our offering and grow globally, the Commercial Director will take a lead role in evaluating key strategic growth areas, working in partnership with the global STH Group team as well as utilising Sodexo Live! and the wider group’s existing relationships to diversify and grow long term strategic partnerships. 

The Commercial Director will be responsible for business development, driving revenue growth and maximising STH Group’s customer base for premium travel and hospitality experiences. This role involves directly leading business development and retention alongside aligning our global strategy for sales and marketing functions, ensuring coordination of the functions, leveraging commercial acumen to develop innovative strategies to enhance and best commercialise the customer experience.

Location: Hybrid role - London/UK with some flexible working and international travel to STH Group offices and clients when necessary. 

Salary: Competitive, including benefits and commission structures.
