You will be responsible for coordinating our Group CEO's business update meetings across our local markets and industries, improving the beIN Media Group reporting operating model and delivering strategic Group CEO projects.
Core Responsibilities
• Coordinate regular business update reports from our local markets and functions
• Review and challenge the reports, identifying gaps and topics the Group CEO should be receiving updates
• Establish a close working relationship with the senior leadership team across the local markets and functions
• Produce accurate and senior management level minutes for each business update meeting
• Maintain a Group CEO action log and track the progress of key activities
• Identify opportunities for process & technology improvements
• Set-up and oversee delivery of Group CEO strategic projects
• Support the business in identifying key risks, issues and group wide dependencies
• Work closely with colleagues in GCEO Office to produce timely briefing notes for key external GCEO Meetings
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify key trends and opportunities
Requirements for the role
• BA / MA / MBA in Business Management or any related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' professional experience in a relevant role
• Good knowledge of the sport and entertainment industries is key
• French or Arabic speaking would be advantageous
