The Major Events and Digital Transformation (ME&DT) Department is responsible for implementing the LTA’s Digital Transformation Programme and delivering International Tennis tournaments that drive visibility of tennis and engage new audiences.

As part of the team delivering the LTA’s Digital Transformation the successful Business Analyst/ User Experience Designer will play a key role in developing user requirements and high level user experience design.

They will contribute across full product lifecycles, from initial creation of product vision through to ongoing backlog development, working alongside Product Owners/Managers, business stakeholders and end users to create best in class digital experiences.

BUSINESS ANALYST and USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER

Responsible to Business Analyst and Project Manager

Location - National Tennis Centre, 100 Priory Lane, Roehampton, London SW15 5JQ (with the requirement to work from the NTC at least 3 days each week)

Salary - Up to £40,000 per annum dependent upon experience

The Major Events and Digital Transformation (ME&DT) Department is responsible for implementing the LTA’s Digital Transformation Programme and delivering International Tennis tournaments that drive visibility of tennis and engage new audiences.

As part of the team delivering the LTA’s Digital Transformation the successful Business Analyst/User Experience Designer will play a key role in developing user requirements and high level user experience design. Key Accountabilities

Business Analysis

  • Provide Business Analysis support with regards to the implementation of a range of digital products.
  • Responsible for gathering, compiling and collating information with regard to business processes and/or systems, demonstrating detailed knowledge of core business processes.
  • Provide business analysis support (partnering) to project/products being managed by the business.
  • Lead business and development team(s) in the process of identifying and assessing business requirements, developing solutions aligned with business strategies.
  • Provide clear written and verbal communications to project team.
  • Create User EPICs, Features and User Stories as required.

User Experience

  • Ensure a user centric approach to requirements gathering including supporting user research as part of product design and evolution processes.
  • Create designs that align with user needs, preparing mock-ups and lo-fi wireframes to illustrate planned functionality that aligns to user needs for user/business feedback.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user flows and sitemaps.

Change and Stakeholder Management

  • Work with business functions to identify opportunities to enable the overall strategic vision, providing mentoring and assistance through the project lifecycle.
  • Develop, manage and maintain strong internal and third party supplier relationships to aid collaborative working.
  • Deliver clear written and verbal presentations as required to stakeholder groups, effectively setting and managing business expectations.
  • Effectively transition new products and changes into business as usual, applying change management methodologies.
  • Provide support as necessary to the Digital Transformation Team
