Assistant Cycling Coach 助理單車教練

(Annual remuneration package ranges from HK$306,095 to HK$738,936)

THE JOB

Reporting to the Cycling Coach under the oversight of the Head Cycling Coach, the Assistant Cycling Coach will be responsible for the following duties:

• To provide training for elite and junior squads;
• To fully utilize and integrate scientific, medical and other athlete support services into the elite training programme to enhance elite youth training outcomes;
• To assist with the administration and coordination of logistics, accounting, coaching and team resources related to local and overseas squad training and competitions;
• To assist the HKSI and the Cycling Association of Hong Kong with coach education programmes; and
• To perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• A University degree or post-secondary Certificate/ Diploma, or its equivalent;
• A valid coaching certificate issued by the relevant governing body;
• A minimum of 2 years’ professional coaching experience in CYCLING;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• High level of computer literacy; and
• Awareness/ knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong are an added advantage.

主要職責

在單車總教練的監督下，助理單車教練須向單車教練匯報工作情況，其職責詳列如下：

• 負責訓練精英及青少年運動員；
• 在進行青少年精英訓練計劃時，善用所有運動科學、醫療及其他為運動員而設的支援服務，以加強訓練成果；
• 在安排運動員於本地及海外集訓或比賽時，須協助統籌有關行政管理、後勤、會計及資源分配等工作；
• 協助體育學院及香港單車總會的教練培訓工作；及
• 履行由上司所指派的其他工作任務。

職位要求

• 大學學位或大專證書/文憑，或同等學歷；
• 持有由相關管理機構頒發的教練証書資歷；
• 具備最少兩年單車專業教練經驗；
• 具備良好溝通能力及人際關係；
• 熟悉電腦操作；及
• 認識香港保護兒童及平等機會政策為佳。
