The Ticketing Project Coordinator oversees the use of the SecuTix platform within the UEFA ticketing services team.


- Helping to decide on software development user stories and how they are prioritised; Maintaining the software development tracking tool (Jira);
- Liaising with the UEFA hospitality sales team to select software developments in accordance with the breakdown defined by top management;
- Helping to organise and run meetings with the software supplier, mainly workshops and project status meetings; Planning appropriate testing periods and follow-up with staff for writing, executing and reporting test cases;
- Assisting with the monthly budget tracking;
- Reviewing solutions and suggesting workflows to facilitate the team's work;
- Monitoring the SecuTix service request tool and subsequent reporting;
- Becoming a SecuTix superuser, training new team members, providing support for team;
- Troubleshooting and escalating to SecuTix;
- Reviewing and improving system manuals;
- Defining ticketing system parameters in collaboration with the rest of the team, including user-rights management, acting as the point of contact with ICT;
- Taking on special ticketing projects;
- Following up on the use of additional ticketing software or interfaces;
- Helping to produce reports and presentations;
- Providing support in other ticketing activities as required, e.g. customer service.


Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years' experience in software development project management or experience in ticketing at large seated events

English / Advanced

- MS Excel / Advanced
- Project Management / Advanced
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Experience in software development project management within ticketing would be an advantage Interest in football and stadiums
- Technically minded
