In 2020, the UEFA EURO will celebrate its 60th anniversary. To celebrate this milestone, the tournament will be played across 12 different European cities, bringing the EURO closer to the fans and celebrating the best of European football and culture. To make this all possible, we need fantastic, dedicated people in every area.

The EURO 2020 Accreditation Target Group Coordinator will plan and implement an effective accreditation process for given target groups, e.g. staff, suppliers, host broadcasters and photographers, and deliver accreditation services to them.


* Taking a leading role in the management, planning, development and implementation of an accreditation process for the target groups;
* Developing accreditation procedures, forms and information for the target groups;
* Functioning as an account coordinator for given target groups;
* Liaising with the representatives of the given target groups;
* Identifying accreditation access privileges and quota requirements with target group representatives;
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
* Coordinating data entry and processing in UEFA's event database;
* Working closely with the whole accreditation team at all levels to ensure an integrated and smooth process for all accreditation operations;
* Assisting with target group training;
* Resolving issues and complaints quickly, efficiently and with excellent customer service;
* Supporting the team and management in other tasks as necessary and when requested;
* Managing and delivering any assigned accreditation subprojects.


Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years / in a relevant field (in an international company/organisation would be a major advantage)

- from 1 to 3 years / in project and/or customer relation management
- from 1 to 3 years / in sports events (single sport an advantage)

- Bachelor's or equivalent qualification in project management, customer relations, international business or a similar discipline

- English / Proficient
- Knowledge of any other UEFA EURO 2020 host country languages would be an asset
