The Venue Operations Training Specialist plans, prepares and implements training sessions on accreditation, access management, venue safety operations, venue management and any other subjects that fall within the scope of the Venue Operations Unit.


- Developing an overall training schedule for the Venue Operations Unit, in close cooperation with functional project leaders and UEFA's event training team;
- Developing training content based on input from other functional areas and adapting them to different venue operations projects and their target groups;
- Developing detailed training material and content for digital learning tools, video tutorials, presentations, etc. in close cooperation with the project leaders;
- Delivering training sessions to specific target groups;
- Carrying out quality control on training programmes and producing debriefs and final reports;
- Organising and coordinating the logistics of venue operations training activities and supporting UEFA's event training team when required;
- Contributing to centralised tabletop exercises and on-site venue simulations.


Experience required:

- from 1 to 3 years in a training and/or coaching function within an international company or organisation, preferably in the events or sporting industries
- from 1 to 3 years in project management
- from 1 to 3 years in sports events operations

- Bachelor's in education, coaching, project management or similar

- English / Proficient
- Knowledge of any other European language in addition to English would be an asset
