Are you interested in people and how they differ? Are you a good communicator and listener? Are you constantly looking for a way to improve your knowledge and wanting to stay on top of modern training delivery and support techniques? We are currently at an exciting development stage of learning delivery and are looking for a dynamic, innovative and motivated trainer and digital learning coordinator to join our ICT training team.


* Plan, schedule and deliver ICT related training, whether off the shelf or bespoke
* Assist with migration to Microsoft Office 2016, O365 and Windows 10
* Development of support material (videos, websites, animation, PPT's) etc
* Face to face and remote learning delivery
* Support ICT colleagues with training for bespoke tools and applications
* Work with the team to find innovative training support and delivery methods to remote stakeholders
* General administrative tasks


Experience required:
- from 4 to 6 years training and coaching experience in a corporate environment
- from 4 to 6 years service desk and/or IT support experience

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant IT related field
- Technical Diploma in IT related topic - diplomas relating to IT Applications

- English / Proficient
- French is an asset

Additional requirements:
* Training and coaching experience in a corporate environment
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of other IT applications is an advantage in particular SharePoint
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Interested in keeping up to date with new training methods, systems and techniques
* Confidence to challenge current methods and processes within the training team and suggest alternatives
