Reporting to the Chief of Regulatory and Disciplinary, the Disciplinary Services Manager supervises the administrative tasks and procedures within the Disciplinary Services Unit and ensures they are implemented correctly.



- Supervising meetings and hearings of the UEFA Organs for the Administration of Justice and coordinating their organisation together with the Integrity Division's and the Disciplinary Services Unit's legal teams;
- Ensuring the smooth running of disciplinary procedures relating to UEFA competitions;
- Validating match results and following up on disciplinary matters, also during weekends and public holidays;
- Providing regular updates on disciplinary matters to internal and external stakeholders;
- Supporting the national associations and clubs in general disciplinary matters;
- Preparing disciplinary information and reports, in particular final tournament letters, statistical reports, etc.;
- Supporting Disciplinary Services Unit in relation to different projects and events such as the UEFA Football Law Programme, workshops etc.;
- Managing the internal disciplinary database;
- Searching constantly for ways to improve the current disciplinary procedures.


Experience required:
- From 1 to 3 years' experience as a project manager or team leader
- From 1 to 3 years' experience working in a sports environment would be an asset
- From 1 to 3 years' experience working in disciplinary services would be an asset

- University degree in law, business administration or equivalent

- English / Proficient
- French / Proficient
- German and any other EU language are an asset
