Position Summary

This role will provide administrative and legal support to the Global Content and Media Distribution (GCMD) team, as well as assisting with the account management needs for 50+ broadcast and digital media partners across Europe and the Middle East.

Major Responsibilities


  • Media credentials: managing the process directly with all media and partners for NBA events and games
  • Coordinating invites and seating plans for NBA events and Regular Season games
  • Responsible for the due diligence process for all existing and prospective GCMD accounts
  • Administrative lead for the complete sales cycle; from monitoring prospects, through to deal memo and online input of completed deals
  • Managing and updating the contacts database and sales pipeline
  • Responsibility for partner KPI, campaign reporting and monthly analysis
  • Documenting and sharing broadcast and digital partner; and industry wide best practice
  • Collecting information and updating weekly GCMD report

Marketing and Account Management

  • Providing marketing and promotional support for the broadcast and digital partners around key events (Tipoff, NBA London Game, All-Star Weekend, Playoffs and Finals)
  • Working closely with the New York GCMD team in the approval process and implementation of marketing campaign

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with good time management
  • Understanding of the sports and media industry
  • Understanding of contractual languages and legal procedures
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with acute attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Be self-sufficient, a quick learner, and a problem solver
  • Values: open-minded, smart, team player, enthusiastic, tenacious

Experience Needed

  • Research/administrative experience
  • 1-2 year’s Law experience and/or background
  • Fluency in another European language is a bonus, preference for German
