This is a newly created position reporting to the Participation Coordinator - Victoria. The Participation Officer - Victoria will act as the key contact and administrator of the children’s component of the Australian Golf Pathway.

The role will suit candidates experienced in a sport development, program administration or similar role with demonstrated experience engaging with external stakeholders to drive participation and program outcomes. These experiences may have been gained in a full time position or astudent internship/work placement.

Outstanding communication skills are required, as is the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Candidates must also have demonstrated strength in administration, organisation and time management skills.

A golfing background is not considered essential, however candidates must have an understanding of the Australian golf landscape, a passion for sport and an interest in developing and operationalising program strategy.
