Integration Country Event Operations Director

Job summary

  • Responsible to provide successful management of the division and achieve the strategic objectives set by the Sports Events Executive Director.  
  • Provide an overall integration expert role between the sections of this division, identifies, assesses, and informs the  Sports Events Directors and Executive Director of relevant integration internal and external issues.
  • Acts as a professional advisor to integration matters, and fosters effective communication with relevant stakeholder. 
  • Ensure that the operation of the division meets the expectations of its clients and is run efficiently and effectively on a daily basis.

Qualifications.  Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Sports Related Field
  • 15+ years experience in Mega Sporting Events
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent analytical and people management skills
  • Ability to understand the big picture and adapt accordingly
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and a related ability to work autonomously
  • Team player, willing to work on tight timelines and pitch in when needed
  • Positive attitude, patience and persistence
