Your challenges:

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Project Coordinator to join our global  team in Amsterdam. This position will report to the Global Visual Merchandising Director. 

Major tasks:

VM communication tools: 

  • Manage the delivery of Seasonal Visual Merchandising Guidelines through content flow, design, planogram drawings and any required shoot content
  • Manage the update and maintenance of the official Visual Merchandising Manual
  •  Manage all Sale and POS Visual Merchandising Guidelines
  • Support the evolution of all communication tools to field, through updating content and 3D visualization and digital opportunities
  •  Create & deliver a seasonal Best Practice Presentation to markets for inspiration

VM country/store support: 

  • Monthly support to Utrecht store thru store visits, training & share feedback
  • Travel & visit European markets where VM input and support is required and communicate a store visit report to TAF international team
  • Support/Lead a seasonal Model store set up, through delivering the ideal execution for the start of each season
  • Travel and support selected new store openings and/or provide VM Opening guidelines for all store openings

VM training & VM evolution: 

  • Support the creation of VM training strategy and workshop material that best suits markets
  • Support the delivery of season VM workshops within the markets where support is required
  • Support the evolution of all communication tools to field, through updating content and 3D visualization and digital opportunities
  • Regular collaboration with the TAF international and country teams to identify product presentation evolution

Market support:

  • Support Digital Marketing Manager with imagery resizing for all digital and store POS needs
  • SUpport the strategic brands by creating 3D renderings for Marketing guidelines of seasonal campaign window and store direction
  • Work alongside Marketing to identify opportunities with the strategic brands to enhance their impact within our stores thru strong collaboration and brand investment
  • Support campaign video and key look shoot ensuring all needs are met

Product support:

  • Support the delivery of seasonal Private Label Booklet alongside the TAF Product International Team
  • Support the delivery of seasonal Prodcut sell in tools alongside the TAF Prodcut International and strategic brand teams

Our requirements:

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator, or other visual design tools. If possible, knowledge of Sketch Up or any 3D graphic/drawing programs
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proven 2-3 years work experience as a visual merchandiser, demonstrating visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
  • Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
  • Business Studies degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications or similar
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
