Everton Football Club is looking to recruit a passionate and motivated Senior Partnerships Manager to join our Partnership Management team, based at our new offices in The Royal Liver Building, Liverpool City Centre.
The Senior Partnerships Manager will lead a team to deliver exceptional servicing to existing and future Club partners, exceeding their expectations and ensuring they maximise the potential of their partnership with Everton Football Club.
The person appointed to this role will be the strategic lead across a section of Everton`s growing partnership portfolio, including multiple principle partners. Key to the Senior Partnerships Manager`s role will be to ensure their team delivers success against agreed objectives for all their commercial partners, along with providing robust reporting tools and feedback mechanisms to demonstrate success internally and externally.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Partnership Management and the Partnership Sales team to proactively develop additional commercial opportunities through the term of contracts and will assist with partnership renewals as and when required. They will also support in driving the direction and improvement of the commercial team, ensuring that its processes represent the `best in class` in everything that we do.
The Senior Partnership Manager must have the ability to build and nurture excellent relationships with Club Partners, as well as developing strong relationships up to board level. Developing key internal stakeholder relationships will be a critical aspect of the role.
As a senior member of the team, the Senior Partnership Manager will also be responsible for cultivating a positive, proactive and progressive culture within the Partnerships Management as well as their own team.
