The EURO 2020 Accreditation Manager adapts the UEFA accreditation strategy for the requirements of UEFA EURO 2020, manages the accreditation procedure and leads the UEFA EURO 2020 accreditation team according to UEFA's standards and requirements.


  • Leading the accreditation project for UEFA EURO 2020, the EURO 2020 final draw and the UEFA Nations League final four;
  • Developing the accreditation procedure for EURO 2020 based on the UEFA accreditation strategy and the first version of the project implementation concept;
  • Collaborating with other divisions to develop the accreditation procedure;
  • Recruiting, training and managing the EURO 2020 accreditation team;
  • Developing a EURO 2020 central accreditation troubleshooting centre;
  • Supervising the setting-up of the accreditation database;
  • Developing the accreditation privilege matrix;
  • Developing accreditation terms and conditions and a privacy policy in cooperation with the Legal Affairs Division;
  • Training or informing internal and external stakeholders about accreditation procedures and operations;
  • Supervising the data-entry process according to the agreed deadlines;
  • Managing the accreditation budget;
  • Launching a tender procedure to select the accreditation paper supplier;
  • Procuring accreditation material in cooperation with the relevant functional areas;
  • Managing the application of the UEFA accreditation system on-site through each local venue accreditation manager;
  • Producing debriefing documents and statistics and attending the debriefing workshop;
  • Taking part in site visits and all related meetings;
  • Providing documentation as requested by top management;
  • Any other tasks/events as defined by top management.


Experience required:

  • More than 7 years / in event accreditation
  • From 4 to 6 years / in accreditation at the management level
  • From 4 to 6 years / in project management


  • Bachelor's or equivalent qualification in event management, sports management or project management


  • English / Proficient
