Profile:

To mark the 60th anniversary of the European Football Championship, UEFA EURO 2020 will be organised as a truly pan-European event for the first time. In June/July 2020, a total of 51 matches will be played in 13 different host cities across Europe.

Reporting to the Team Services Manager, the Team Communication Coordinator works primarily on UEFA EURO 2020 and UEFA Nations League Final Phase 2019 in preparing and coordinating all communication managed by the Team Services & Training Grounds team.


Purpose:

- Coordinating the collection of content for different documents and publications such as the team manual;
- Producing content for different documents and publications, as well as forms, guidelines and instructions relating to national team operations during the final tournaments of the respective competitions;
- Analysing the responses given by national associations to questionnaires and producing reports for stakeholders;
- Working closely with the UEFA Publications unit and the ICT unit to develop and implement web-based tools for the publication of documents and information;
- Collecting and preparing content for presentations for a variety of purposes, including workshops for the national associations;
- Coordinating the organisation of workshops for the national associations;
- Supporting the Team Services & Training Grounds team with its daily operations.

Requirements:


Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years working on large-scale sports events and/or with football teams or associations
- from 1 to 3 years writing and/or editing manuals/guidelines in English
- from 1 to 3 years working in a multicultural environment

Education:
- Bachelor's in a relevant subject

Languages:
- English / Proficient
- Additional language skills would be an asset

Additional requirements:
- MS Office / Advanced
- Project Management / Advanced
- Strong English writing/editorial skills
- Some travel required
