Job Description

Profile:

The Hospitality Sales Admin Coordinator supports UEFA sales of premium seats for UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League finals as well as for UEFA EURO 2020. This position will play a key role in the initial set-up of the corporate hospitality programme.


Purpose:

  •  Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email;
  •  Processing orders and payments;
  •  Monitoring sales;
  •  Creating management and operational reports;
  •  Acting as a key user of the core back-office sales system ;
  •  Reporting bugs and following up on issues
  •  Liaising with international agents and supporting them in their sales process;
  •  Supporting the Hospitality Sales Administration Manager.


Requirements:

Experience required:

  • From 1 to 3 years working in a sales administration environment in an international company


Education:

  • Bachelor's in business administration, management or information systems


Languages:

  • English / Proficient
  • Knowledge of any other languages would be a plus


Additional requirements:

  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau
  • Experience with Secutix 360 Degree ticketing software would be a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or any other standard CRM software would be a plus
