SportBusiness Group publish specialist, digital information for the global sports industry - news, research reports, data tools and data-led newsletters. We are acknowledged worldwide as a trusted source of business intelligence.

What you will do: 

No two days will ever be the same! One day you could be doing three live demos for our clients anywhere in the world, the next an in-depth four hour live chat or helping our marketing team with email campaigns. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of client engagement and for a person who loves getting on the phone and a fast paced and varied working day this will be a dream role.


Above all you will be enthusiastic and passionate about exceptional customer service. Your great written communication skills will compliment your ability to have engaging and clear phone conversations. You will need to be technically able with strong digital skills and have great office skills (word, excel and PowerPoint). You will need to be organised, with great attention to detail and be used to managing your own time. If you can find solutions where others see problems that will be a real advantage.

Day to day you will support our sales and marketing teams, helping them spot great commercial opportunities. You will help our customers with training and queries, send them reports and updates and handle their live chat requests. You will keep us organised with database management and dealing with orders and processing payments as well as providing vital statistics and information to our sales teams.

You will need –

  • At least six months relevant experience
  • Proven workplace communication skills – phone, email.
  • Office suite working knowledge – word, excel, PowerPoint
