Chanzo Limited are specialists in human resources, workforce, volunteering and recruitment in the major event and sport sector.  We are looking to grow our team for a new project based in Paris.  We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to be based full time in Paris to work with a team of Recruitment Business Partners to ‘deliver brilliant’, meeting all the recruitment needs of our client and ensuring the successful sourcing, selection and onboarding of their employees.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic and helpful candidate with experience in a recruitment or HR function to be involved in an exceptional project from the very beginning. The role will include supporting the set-up of the Paris based team and establishing the required process and procedures to meet the needs of the client and French employment law. 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take the lead in researching specific markets, demographics and industries to deliver candidate mapping for specific roles and functions to the client.  They will manage the speculative candidate database to ensure information is stored in line with Data Protection legislation and can be effectively searched for future roles.

Exceptional organisation and administrative skills will be required to deliver a seamless experience.  The role will be accountable for managing job postings, screening and applications, organising interviews, tracking candidates and ensuring an exceptional end to end candidate journey.   Chanzo believes people sit at the heart of any successful project and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and become more involved in the recruitment process directly with the line manager.

Required Experience:

  • Baccalaureate, +2/3 years at University
  • Experience in HR, Recruitment or office administration in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent IT skills (experience of an Applicant Tracking System ideal)
  • Understanding of French employment law in relation to recruitment and onboarding
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
