Job Description


Working closely with the London Office Manager, the Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager in running a smooth operation as well as supporting the Managing Directors with administrative tasks.


  • Dealing with telephone enquiries, taking messages and solving potential issues
  • Managing all paperwork including scanning, photocopying binding and filing
  • Meet & greet candidates and visitors into the office
  • Updating HR system, internal documentation and maintaining daily and weekly records
  • Set up meeting rooms and refreshments
  • Managing a diary of appointments for Managing Directors
  • Booking restaurant and courier requests for the wider team
  • Support the senior staff by carrying out general day to day tasks.
  • Replenish stationary and office supplies where necessary
  • Supply beverages to the meeting rooms
  • Keep office looking presentable at all times
  • Occasional post office and bank runs
  • Administration of staff expenses
  • Organise company social events
  • Providing administrative support to managers and colleagues
  • To undertake ad-hoc project work, as requested and directed by the Office Manager
  • Other general office duties as required


At least one of the following is a must:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's grade C +
  • Prior experience within an office administration and/or personal assistant role would be beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organisation skills
