We are looking for a strategic-thinking, motivated, detail-oriented, excellence-striving and creative individual to join our Hospitality Production team.

The Hospitality Production Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful definition and operational implementation of all hospitality and catering programmes for UEFA EURO 2020 for all assigned target groups according to an agreed budget. The Hospitality Production Manager works closely with the Hospitality Production Team Leader and other relevant UEFA units, as well as with different external stakeholders.


  • Conducting the initial studies, research, analysis, benchmarking and consultations necessary to establish a hospitality production plan;
  • Defining the human resources, hospitality facilities and inventory needs and requirements;
  • Elaborating detailed concepts and defining service levels for hospitality production services;
  • Managing the tender process and evaluation of production suppliers;
  • Appointing and managing hospitality production suppliers;
  • Assessing requirements related to ticketing, fulfilment, parking, accreditation, signage, security, etc. and liaising with the relevant units or contacts to ensure delivery;
  • Developing and managing hospitality supplier operational planning;
  • Managing the hospitality production facilities (existing and temporary) and technical development;
  • Managing the overall on-site production implementation at all venues;
  • Liaising with all relevant internal and external parties to ensure consistent and smooth implementation;
  • Keeping in permanent contact with the hospitality sales team to adapt volumes and specific requirements;
  • Organising and attending site visits with all required parties;
  • Initiating and supporting the drafting of any legal documents required;
  • Monitoring and managing relevant budgets, revenues and payments in accordance with the agreed target;
  • Ensuring that general administrative, reporting, knowledge management and debriefing processes are followed and delivered to the required standard.


Experience required:

  • at least 6 years' in the hospitality Business, including at least three years with managerial responsibilities
  • from 4 to 6 years' in event management in an international environment
  • from 4 to 6 years' managing suppliers


  • Masters in business administration or hospitality management or any other relevant field


  • English / Proficient
  • French / Advanced
  • Any additional language is an asset
