Job Description

For our Human Resources Department we are looking for an HR Assistant 60 - 80% (m/w)

Requirements:

  • Commercial or similar education with further education in HR 
  • Experience in employer branding and recruiting 
  • Excellent English skills 
  • Proficient with MS Office, and ideally SAP 

Task area:

  • Creation of an employer branding strategy in accordance with the HR Senior Director
  • Execution of the employer branding strategy on an operational basis
  • Recruitment of new employees in collaboration with the line managers
  • Support of the team in various HR processes
  • Administrative support
