  • Develop and implement overall client services strategy to achieve contractual obligation for each client
  • Develop and implement renewal strategy and negotiate renewal deals
  • Meet with appropriate team internally as needed to discuss ways to maximize all partnerships, and review status and leveraging possibilities of current relationships.
  • Manage relationship with existing clients and develop scheduled visits.
  • Tailor client’s sales materials and promotional/activations programs to each existing client
  • Review and approve final sponsor identified materials, including advertisements, new releases, promotional and program related materials.
  • Provide sponsors a measurement of their return on investment.
  • Review escalations on a regular basis and recommend changes in process to prevent future escalations
  • Perform account reviews on a periodic basis to better know and serve the clients
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by surveying and making adjustments to increase customer satisfaction based on their feedback.
  • Develop and execute client success plans, and tracking and reporting on key metrics for client adoption and success.
  • Work closely with internal marketing and communication team to ensure sponsors brand exposure through all channels.
  • Timely reporting on activation and half yearly and annual reporting.
  • All other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer.

Skills & Attributes

  • Graduate Degree in Business Administration or any relevant  field  
  • Minimum 7 years related experience
  • Excellent computer skill and written English/Arabic
  • Strong communicator with excellent customer service  skills
  • Sensitivity to and tolerance of cultural differences
