Commercial Manager (m/f) International Sales

The Commercial Manager position is an exciting new role, perfect for an ambitious and passionate salesman!

The role of Commercial Manager will involve the following:

  • You will guide your team (Specialty Sales DACH, Export, Internal Sales) towards delivering on stretching sales and profitability targets to ensure that the overall business strategic goals are met for your area of the business
  • You are responsible for the accurate forecasting and budget planning and lead your team in the preparation of their annual operation plans as well as their 2-5 year “go to market strategy”
  • The country P&L structures is managed by you to achieve the top and bottom line objectives and furthermore, you are responsible for the execution of the agreed operational plan by your team
  • In close collaboration with the Head of Strategy & Sales you provide regular reporting of data and results including periodic business reviews and you make sure that the business has latest understanding of market dynamics
  • Last but not least, you work together with your team on the acquisition of new customers and distributors to grow the business

Skills and knowledge of the ideal candidate include:

  • You have a university degree, preferably in the business, finance or sports field along with a minimum of 7 years work experience
  • You have exceptional leadership qualities and the experience to support and guide your team in executing plans
  • In combination with your strong analytical & conceptual skills you bring good knowledge of the business world & strategic outlook to put plans into action
  • You manage to deliver data analysis & forecasting as well as presentations to “board standard” in fluent German and English
  • You’re a team player with the ability to provide communication and guidance as well as feedback for future learnings
  • Along with your entrepreneurial approach, you show great passion for sports nutrition and the fitness world in general
