This role is a multi faceted administration role within the ICF headquarters.  The person will be responsible for several key administrative programme s including the ICF’s Anti-Doping programme and the successful Paracanoe programme. 

The main areas of responsibility will be:

Anti-doping Activities:

  • Liaise and coordinate operations with ICF Anti-Doping and Medical Committee and administration of Anti-Doping operations;
  • Manage Therapeutic Use Exemptions;
  • Plan, Manage and coordinate effective comprehensive testing programmes (including RTP and whereabouts administration)
  • Manage ADAMS and/or other database as needed;
  • Manage test results and non-analytical anti-doping rules violations
  • Ensure the ICF Anti doping education programme/information function is fulfilled;
  • On-site Anti-Doping education programme
  • On-site anti-doping testing (work with service providers)
  • Assist and liaise with National Federations on anti-doping programmes.
  • Liaise with ICF out of competition tests service provider
  • Involvement in any legal challenges related to doping offenses
  • Follow up and administration of filing failures and missed tests

Technical Officials:

  • Managing the Officials Membership Renewal Process
  • Coordination of Official Examination with Chairs of Disciplines
  • Updating Official Database
  • Organisation of Technical Officials for Multi Sport Games

Paracanoe Administration:

  • Provide administration support for the Technical Committee
  • Be liaison person between the ICF and the International Paralympic Committee (IPC)
  • Complete requests relating to IPC grants
  • Support classification programmes where necessary

Medals and trophies:

  • Responsible for all medals and trophies for ICF events
