Overall Responsibility:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, analytical and hands-on individual to join our team through an exciting and challenging growth stage. This position will play a key role in the day to day management of key accounts in golf consulting. The Account Manager will work closely with Account Coordinators, other Account Managers, Account Directors and Vice President to manage the strategy and activation of golf partnerships.
The position will be based at Lagardère Sports' office in Fort Worth, TX or New York, NY and the Account Manager will be a day-to-day contact with the client and agency partners. The ideal candidate will have previous partnership marketing experience, particularly in event management/execution, developing marketing programs, sponsorship management and have advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, etc).

Key Areas of Responsibility
 Support the strategic development of the clients' overall sponsorship strategy
 Develop and implement sponsorship activation programs
 Serve as a day-to-day contact with all stakeholders and properties (internal and external)
 Develop sponsorship recap reports
 Support additional sponsorship marketing programs
 Manage results and key metrics as it relates to program measurement and ROI

Profile & Requirements
 Experience supporting activation programs from ideation to execution
 Excellent communication and writing skills required
 Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working independently and with multiple partners
 Ability to create impactful presentations with little guidance after initial concept or outline has been discussed
 Experience overseeing and managing executional deliverables - including creative - and program activation
 Superior organizational skills and ability to problem solve/work effectively under pressure
 Ability to travel (approximately 10-20%) and work on weekends, when needed

Ideal candidates would also have the following experience
 Account management experience
 Golf knowledge
 Golf activation Experience supporting activation programs from ideation to execution
 Excellent communication and writing skills required

Experience
3-5 years in a sports marketing and/or sponsorships position
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, sports management or related field
