The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs (Bulldogs) are regarded as one of Australia's most successful sporting franchises with impressive off and on-field performance. The vision of being a family club that unites and inspires, is central to its strategic goals.

Reporting to the General Manager Marketing, the Event Specialist - Club Events will deliver Bulldogs events as well as support game day delivery to meet the needs of all stakeholders and set the benchmark for Australian sport and entertainment.

To be considered for this role you must be experienced in the management and delivery of events including planning, implementation and evaluation, ideally from within a professional sporting league. You will have a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and activities at once whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail, delivering projects and events both on time and on budget. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and elicit cooperation from a range of stakeholders. Tertiary qualifications in Event Management or similar as well as experience in corporate hospitality or large scale events are desirable.

This is a permanent full time position. Given the unique nature of the sports industry, working outside of office hours will be required including attending match days (Home Games) and other job related activities. Flexibility around the hours/days worked may be available, negotiable with the successful candidate.
