The World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry is an independent non-profit and non-governmental association formed by sports brands, manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, national federations and other industry related businesses. You are passionate about technical issues and the sporting goods industry? You have first experiences in office services and project coordination? Your Position

In this role, you support and coordinate the activities of the bicycle industry group and membership administration. As a daily contact to our members you maintain relations, coordinate meetings, projects and issues in close collaboration with the responsible industry representatives. Your tasks will be to support the WFSGI members - bicycle members in particular - by using the existing WFSGI services and to identify new services to support our members in their daily and future business.


  • Maintain active member communication and respond to member enquiries
  • Interact regularly with WFSGI members and prospects about critical issues
  • Coordinate and organize WFSGI Bicycle Committee meetings and conference calls
  • Support and assist the Bicycle Committee/Working Groups Chairperson’s and fellow WFSGI staff with needs, particularly help with meetings, contact and project management

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master in Management or Business or relevant professional experience
  • First working experience in an international business and office environment
  • English proficiency
  • Strong communications skills, both written & verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Interest and knowledge of the sporting goods industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Ideally Swiss residency and working permit
  • Availability to travel
