The Mobility and Spectator Travel Manager, who reports to the Head of Host Country Projects, is responsible for the development and implementation of a public transport strategy for UEFA EURO 2020 (incl.providing and defining additional support services to travelling supporters/spectators), as well as supporting the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League finals project teams with regard to general mobility matters.


- Defining a global and local mobility, transport and parking strategy for UEFA EURO 2020, based on the needs and requirements of the event/tournament;
- Being the liaison person with all national and local public and private stakeholders involved in public transport in the host countries (railways, air travel, and regional and local transport systems);
- Establishing a dialogue with the public and private stakeholders regarding mobility matters, providing technical guidelines and recommendations to enable them to accomplish the necessary tasks regarding mobility and transport strategy;
- Developing tools to assess and analyse transport infrastructure and demand;
- Ensuring close cooperation with all UEFA units concerned with public transport especially with Safety and Security;
- Organising the management and training of the public transport team, and overseeing the public transport project planning and administration;
- Providing comprehensive and accurate information to visitors, residents and stakeholders about transport offers, traffic management, accessibility of event sites, restrictions, etc.;
- Managing and monitoring allocated budget;
- Producing documents for monitoring, workshops and debriefs.


Experience required:
- from 4 to 6 years / Experience of working directly with public transport authorities and/or providers

- Masters In transport engineering or another related subject

- English / Proficient
- Knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
