International Player Relations Director
The Professional Cricketers' Association (PCA), the trade union for professional cricketers in the UK and founder member of the Federation of International Cricketers’ Associations (FICA), seeks an experienced and dynamic individual to promote professional cricket players' rights; facilitate greater cooperation between the PCA and FICA by engaging with the PCA Chief Executive and FICA Executive Chairman and other Player Associations.
The post holder will be responsible for responding to ICC papers and PCA/FICA commentary input to ICC sub-committees (CEC and Cricket Committees); liaising with external legal and financial experts and other key stakeholders.
Applicants are required to demonstrate experience of playing cricket at the highest level and of working within a professional collective representative body; excellent knowledge of domestic and international cricket organisations, regulations and current trends in the sport; extensive knowledge and experience of dealing with complex legal and financial matters.

Salary: £80-£90,000 per annum
Location: Central London
Hours: 9.30am-6.00pm Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend work required from time to time
Annual Leave: 25 days in addition to Bank Holidays.
Qualifications: Must have played professional cricket at the highest level; recognised legal qualification preferred.
