The International Performance Department is responsible for developing the England players and teams of the future.
We currently have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Head Coach who will be responsible for delivering high performance talent identification, coaching and player development across the International Performance programmes.
They will hold specific responsibility for both individual, unit and squad coaching delivery, and in alignment with the England Rugby Senior programmes, working with the relevant National England Coaches and performance programmes, will identify and develop players with the potential to play for England.
The role will be predominantly focused on coaching England under 20 players with scope to work within the Saxons programme.
The successful candidate will ideally hold an RFU Level 4 coaching award or equivalent coaching experience. They will possess demonstrable experience as a high performance Coach, with respect and credibility gained in the professional game. Experience and expertise in coaching all aspects of play is essential and they will also have experience of self-directed work and working as part of a team.
