The Brand Production Coordinator procures and produces event, club and sponsor-branded materials for UEFA competitions, concentrating on the club competitions, European Qualifiers, EURO (European Football Championship) pre-tournament events and the EURO itself.


- Working with two in-house designers and the Senior Brand Production Manager, as well as design agencies and other in-house staff on occasions, to assist during peak activity periods before club competition finals and in seasons leading up to a EURO;
- Looking after the procurement, production and artwork application of all non-signage print materials and other competition-branded materials, uniforms, gifts and giveaways for UEFA club competitions, European Qualifiers and EUROs;
- Ensuring an appropriate range of items is prepared and approved for each event, taking care of sourcing, tenders, purchasing, quality control, budget control, product research, development and testing, as well as internal stakeholder research and incorporation of regular feedback on all items;
- Understanding and supervising internal and external design application processes;
- Liaising closely with the brand management and design teams, as well as procurement and shipping teams, to monitor both ends of the production process;
- Assisting with design application work where possible and helpful;
- Taking care of artwork coordination, archiving, stock and warehouse management for all Brand Production materials;
- Coordinating closely with the other units of UEFA Events SA and all UEFA units that are involved with or represent stakeholders in signage and brand production projects.


Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years / working in a multicultural business environment, preferably international on sports events
- from 1 to 3 years / working in similar event positions, ideally on signage or branded materials for events
- from 1 to 3 years / extensive international and local supplier contacts

- Bachelor's or equivalent qualification, preferably in event management, project management, international business or sport

- English / Proficient
- French / Intermediate

Additional requirements:
- Good knowledge of artwork software (Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Design application skills would be an asset
- Fluency in design and artwork capabilities and terminology
- Budget and product management experience
- Excellent prioritising and time-management skills
- Ability to meet production deadlines
- Ability to provide outstanding results under stress
