The role of the Women's Football Marketing Manager is to lead the development and implementation of a five-year marketing strategy to make football the number one women's sport across Europe and to drive the advocacy and sharing of the campaign 'Together #WePlayStrong', creating and maintaining a movement among women that will transform the image of women's football.


- Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in the development of a brand strategy for UEFA women's football;
- Leading the implementation of the women's football brand strategy by internal and external stakeholders;
- Working with research and insights into key market metrics (e.g. viewership, broadcast compliance and sponsor take-up) to develop consumer insights for UEFA that can be used to devise effective activities;
- Driving and overseeing the development and implementation of competition-specific promotional plans and the 'Together #WePlayStrong' campaign, according to the objectives set in UEFA's marketing plans;
- Providing strong advocacy of all UEFA women's football marketing activities both internally (developing strong relationships with all divisions) and externally (e.g. through agency partners, broadcasters, sponsors and national associations);
- Driving the development and advocacy of marketing plans for women's football across Europe;
- Supporting the development and sharing of marketing activities across the 55 UEFA member associations;
- Providing strong, contextualised, data-based recommendations and reports for senior management, explaining 'what, why and how';
- Managing key agency partners and UEFA's women's football marketing budget;
- Collaborate with key sponsor partners to help maximise promotional plans.


Experience required:
- more than 7 years / Experienced marketing professional, with experience across core marketing disciplines
- from 4 to 6 years / Experienced leader with a proven ability to lead multiple external agencies, internal stakeholders and direct reports
- from 4 to 6 years / Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on customer relationship management and social media
- from 1 to 3 years / Experience working in women's sport would be an asset

- Masters in Marketing
- Other Further education in digital marketing

- English / Proficient

- Highly collaborative and able to work with both internal and external partners
- An interest in women's sport in general and football in particular
- MS Office / Advanced
