Reporting to the Ticketing and Fulfilment Manager this fixed term role, will work with a team to deliver all of the ticketing, including fine dining and private box hospitality, fulfilment and dispatch for all Ascot Racedays and Royal Ascot.
It is the duty of this Sales Administration Executive to support the Ticketing team to efficiently deliver an elegant service to all customers in order to realise the administrative and fulfilment requirements. With just under 200k tickets being sold in the Queen Anne Enclosure and Windsor Enclosure for Royal Ascot alone, the majority of which are printed and despatched in-house, the printing of these tickets and producing the address labels forms the bulk of this role. You will also be required to contact customers when their tickets are returned undelivered to ensure a successful redelivery.
During Royal Ascot you will also be responsible for the Lost Property Office which will include dealing with guest queries and dispatch of lost items.
IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE:
You will be available from the beginning of February 2017 until the beginning of August 2017.
You will be a highly organised individual with the determination to complete tasks using your own initiative. Excellent attention to detail is required as is a good understanding of address formats and postcodes, both UK and overseas. You’ll ideally have an understanding of ticketing and CRM systems. In addition you will have excellent communication and written skills.
You will be flexible when it comes to taking instructions and working within an events industry with its own rhythms. You should have advanced knowledge in Microsoft packages. Working to tight deadlines will not phase you.
