Working alongside colleagues in the sport team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of a high quality and innovative portfolio of aquatics activities in our world-class 50m pool.
The role is key in widening the participation of swimming predominantly through the coordination of our growing Swim Academy programme (Learn to Swim). The role will also oversee our school swimming programme and intensive swimming lessons as well as adult swimming programmes.
You will work with key local partners (e.g. Guildford City Swimming Club, ASA, County Sports Partnerships, Guildford Borough Council) to deliver a high quality customer experience and an innovative and needs led programme. The post holder will work towards key financial, customer satisfaction and customer retention targets.
The post holder will have knowledge and experience of the ASA Learn to Swim framework and ASA products. In additional they will have excellent customer service skills, be able to efficiently manage priorities and work well within a team and as a team leader.
