About UEFA

UEFA – the Union of European Football Associations – is the game's governing body in Europe. It is a representative democracy, and is the umbrella organisation for 55 national football associations across Europe.

Our objectives are, among other things, to deal with all questions relating to European football, to promote football in a spirit of unity, solidarity, peace, understanding and fair play, without any discrimination on the part of politics, race, religion, gender or any other reason, to safeguard the values of European football, maintain relations with all stakeholders involved in European football, and support and safeguard its member associations for the overall well-being of the European game. We have a clear vision: a united European football family working together to improve enjoyment of the game.

Culture

We live diversity
As an organisation with 55 member associations, diversity isn’t just something we speak about, it’s the very essence of who we are. We proudly boast 38 nationalities across our workforce, and speak over 50 languages, not to mention an incredible range of backgrounds. It all makes for a rich, cosmopolitan team with different ideas, approaches and opinions. We believe this diversity makes us stronger and ensures that UEFA remains a special place to work.

Life at UEFA
Our passionate workforce of more than 500 people come from all over the world, united by one special thing - a passion for promoting, protecting and developing the beautiful game.
