Women employed by the International Paralympic Committee talk about the value women bring to the Paralympic movement and how important it is to inspire younger generations to join.
'Women bring a different perspective which is good for any movement,' says IPC Brand & Creative Services Manager Carolin Baird. 'Keep setting an example for other young women in the world and reach higher and inspire other to join the movement.'
