Throughout our 141-year history we have been recognised as a family-oriented Club based on our proud traditions. Those traditions have also encouraged innovation, ensuring Everton has remained one of the great pioneering Clubs in the history of the game. The first Club to construct a purpose-built football stadium, Goodison Park is one of the most revered stadiums in England, among a list of other firsts achieved by Everton Football Club.

In February 2019 Everton Football Club was named one of the best places to work in the UK for the second year running, climbing 25 places from last year’s position to 71st on the list.

We believe in equal opportunities for all and in all areas of diversity to ensure that individuals are not discriminated against. Our ‘All Together Now’ campaign, which we launched in December last year, demonstrates this and we are proud to showcase our inclusivity through our Disability Leader and Autism Together accreditations.
